How to Submit a Change of Address

Note to our Customers:

We know that checking on the status of your application that is pending with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is important to you, and we are working on improving the methods available to you. Our National Customer Service Center (NCSC) has developed a Case Status Online feature. With this feature, customers with applications pending at our USCIS Service Centers are able to enter their receipt number and obtain the status of the USCIS processing of their case(s). We also offer an automated Case Status system via telephone at 1 (800) 375-5283. Both systems are toll-free.

At this time, we can only honor requests for status checks by the methods listed below.
