Hazards ***Dickens NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards is now operating!*** The Lubbock National Weather Service currently has five weather radios it operates out of the following locations: Lubbock; Plainview; Summerfield; Childress; and newly added Dickens. This web site has been updated with the information on the Dickens weather radio which operated at 162.50 MHz.. Additional information regarding the NWR in general and the local NWRs can be found below. Below are the five transmitters located in the Lubbock County Warning Area:
