2 November 2006. Federal Register notice establishing Product Development Committee (CPDC) for Synthesis and Assessment Product 1.3 (CPDC--S&A 1.3) under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere will appoint no more than 20 members, with "a balanced representation among preeminent scientists, educators, and experts."

30 October 2006.  Final prospectus released.
