Final poll results posted; Mail ballot counting will resume tomorrow

King County Elections' staff have posted the last returns from 79 polling locations for the March 11 special election.

Election results summary:

• 42,368 absentee ballots tabulated today
• 4,802  poll votes cast

Absentee ballots received in the mail each day will be posted online at 8 p.m. Learn more by visiting the absentee return statistics page at http://www.metrokc.gov/elections/abstats/. 

The next posting of election results will be at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 12 at 4:30 p.m.
