NINE EXPLORATORY OIL AND GAS WELLS

Data Announcement 83-MGG-12

Well logs and auxiliary information for 9 privately drilled test wells are now available from the National Geophysical Data Center (NGDC). These data were generated by private companies from exploratory oil and gas wells in areas for which the proprietary terms of the leases have expired. The data were released to NGDC by the Minerals Management Service (MMS), U.S. Department of Interior for public dissemination. A summary of the types of well logs and auxiliary information now available for these wells is given below.

Data for the 9 wells are available on 3 rolls of 16-mm microfilm

Note: All data in this set were reproduced as accurately as possible from the originals supplied to NGDC. Quality of the copies distributed is dependent on the quality of the originals.
