Before USCIS can extend, revise, or create a new public use form or reporting requirement, it must first notify the public of USCIS' intent and allow the public to provide comments on the new or revised requirement. To that end, USCIS provides interested parties with links to the following documents that will or are being reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
