Notes:
The Chickasaw Nation Health System in Ada, Oklahoma has a vacancy for a Physical Therapist. This tribal program has one hospital in Ada with inpatient and outpatient PT department. This position will be based in the beautiful new outpatient physical therapy department in the Wellness facility in Ada.
