Description
The assessments in this section are designed to give you an idea about the shape you are in. As you complete each assessment, your results will be posted on the scoreboard at the bottom left portion of your screen. The information gathered from the results on these tests will be used in other parts of the Fitness Center. For example, information on the Activity Level Test will be used for calculating a calorie level for you when you enter the Nutrition Center, and for calculating how many calories you burn for each activity in the Improvement Center.
