Welcome to Docket Services. This is your center for filing, storing, releasing and retrieving investigative records at the U.S. International Trade Commission. In order to better serve ITC employees and external filers, Docket Services is embarking on a number of initiatives. The workflow in Docket Services has transitioned to a Case Management structure. Each Case Manager is responsible for the investigations assigned to a particular Administrative Law Judge. This new structure is designed to increase the accuracy and integrity of the administrative record, improve the handling of confidential documents and enhance customer service. We are also in the process of upgrading the Electronic Docket to support Case Management. Case Manager contact numbers are provided below.
