Special thanks goes to NASA Langley Research Center for allowing their templates to be adapted for Agency-wide use.

Select and download (Save) one or both templates below to your hard drive. Both are Microsoft Word files that can be used on either the Windows or Macintosh platform. (Do not use the Open option to work online.)
