Allows Sandia employees to electronically purchase a line of items or services directly from a designated supplier. Materials, products and service needs are diverse. All items needed on a recurring basis. Procurement awards multi-year JIT agreements. JIT Commodity Contract List
Accelerated Procurement System (APS)
These accelerated programs are designed for commodity buying regarding purchases generally less than $25K
Procurement Card (P-Card):
Actual user or requester has the authority to make credit card purchases for small dollar items. Limits are $7.5K per item and $25K per transaction. Other restrictions may apply to P-Card purchase.
