If you are uninsured, but you have access to health insurance through your employer, Utah’s Premium Partnership for Health Insurance (UPP) may be able to help you pay for it.

New extended hours! Beginning August 4, the CHIP Hotline and Premium Line hours will change to better serve you. We will be available Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
