The National GAINS Center for People with Co-Occurring Disorders in the Justice System fosters the development and implementation of a comprehensive program of information dissemination, knowledge application and technical assistance strategies to promote organizational and systems change at the national, state and local levels

The TAPA Center for Jail Diversion addresses the Technical Assistance and Policy Analysis needs of communities in developing programs to divert people with mental illness from jail into community-based treatment and supports.  It is part of the Targeted Capacity Expansion (TCE) Grants for Jail Diversion Program and a branch of the National GAINS Center.

   
go to Addiction Technology Transfer Centers (ATTCs) work to improve addiction treatment by providing development services to the addiction workforce, including focus on education, cultural competency, assessment, networks, and resource development.
