The National Pension Lawyers Network (NPLN) is a no-cost referral service that connects workers and retirees with professionals who can help them understand and enforce their pension rights.
If you wish to be referred to a lawyer, click here for a form that you can fill out and mail or fax to us.

NPLN has these components:

Pension Lawyer Referral Service

The Lawyer Referral Panel is made up of lawyers from around the country who are available to represent workers, retirees, and their families in pension matters on a regular-fee, reduced-fee, and/or pro bono basis.

There are approximately 640 attorneys from all 50 states and the District of Columbia on our panel.

Our referrals include specialists in claims for benefits in private, nonprofit, and public pension plans addressing the full range of retirement benefits.

Some of the lawyers have family law expertise to handle claims involving the division of pensions at divorce.

There is no charge for referrals.

If you are a lawyer interested in being included in the Pension Lawyer Referral Panel, click here for a form that you can fill out and mail or fax to us.

Technical Assistance Panel

If a lawyer needs to consult another lawyer regarding a complicated pension issue, the National Pension Lawyers Network staff can provide a referral to a member of our Technical Assistance Panel who has indicated expertise in a particular area of pension law.
