"Accident Buster Tip" Contest
Submit your safety suggestions to MSHA, and if adopted as an Accident Buster Safety Awareness Tip and posted on the MSHA web site, you will receive a Limited Edition Collectors Series sticker and cloth shoulder patch. In addition, you and your employer will receive a letter of recognition and appreciation from the Director of Technical Support.
HOW TO ENTER:
- Email your suggestion to zzMSHA-MinersTips@dol.gov
- Put your name and suggestion on an MSHA postcard and mail it in (postcards will be provided at every mine site).
- Mail your suggestion in a letter to:

"Submit a Safety Slogan" Contest
MSHA posts a "Safety Slogan of the Month". Submit your slogan and win! MSHA will be publicizing the "Safety Slogan of the Month" If the safety slogan you provide MSHA is selected as the MSHA "Safety Slogan of the Month"; you will win your choice of the following:
Your choice of one of the following items with the MSHA Logo:
Stainless steel travel cup
Money Clip / Letter Opener
Work Gloves
Key chain with Scissors/Letter Opener
Brass Belt Buckle with MSHA Logo
Illuminated Safety Vest
Hard Top Cooler with MSHA Logo
Wristwatch with MSHA Logo
The "Safety Slogan of the Month" will be chosen out of ten slogans submitted. If your slogan is chosen as one of the ten, you will receive a cup with the Accident Buster Logo and a package of stickers designed for MSHA.
