Procurement Management Council (PMC) Meeting

Small Business Scorecard

 

As a follow-up to the November 29, 2006, PMC News regarding the Small Business Procurement Scorecard, S-40 has prepared an overview as to how the Scorecard process intends to operate within DOT.  The attached assessment tool will be briefed at the PMC Meeting on February 14th.  Also, included in this transmission is an overview briefing provided to attendees at the most recent Chief Acquisition Officers’ Council meeting; where the Small Business Scorecard was the topic of discussion.  The Procurement Scorecard, DOT Scorecard Form, and the Scorecard Guidance are attached forwarded for your early review in preparation for this meeting.
