State Rehabilitation Council (SRC)
The SRC, meeting on a quarterly basis, works in partnership with the California Department of Rehabilitation to review, evaluate and advise the Department regarding its specific and overall performance and effectiveness. SRC Meetings can be found on the SRC Meeting webpage.

State Independent Living Council (SILC)
The SILC, meeting on a quarterly basis, works with the Department of Rehabilitation to prepare a State Plan for Independent Living which sets the policy and funding levels for the state's network of Independent Living Centers (ILCs) and services. SILC Meetings can be found on the SILC website.
