Participating Agencies

As part of the effort to develop outstanding leaders for the Federal Government, several agencies are offering opportunities to become a part of this program. You do not need to be an employee of the participating agency to apply. However, you do need to be a Federal Government employee at the GS-15 level or equivalent with at least one year of leadership experience.
