Why Choose Baldrige as your Performance Management Framework?

BNQP's new "Why Baldrige?" booklet is addressed to anyone who wants to improve his or her organization and offers five key reasons to choose Baldrige as your performance management framework. The booklet answers basic questions about BNQP and the Criteria and provides a brief history of the Program, an overview of the Criteria for Performance Excellence and the Award process, and some next steps and resources to help your organization learn more and get started using the Criteria.
