El Niño publications and brochure's

On December 19, 1997, on the Larry King Show, Dr. Baker, Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and Administrator of NOAA, held up the El Niño monograph, Reports to the Nation: El Niño and Climate Prediction brochure and let folks know it is available via the Internet. This is to let you know where you can find this publication.
NOAA El Niño Brochure	Reports to the Nation: El Niño and Climate Prediction is available at: http://www.noaa.gov Click on El Niño Go to the section entitled "Publications for the Public" The publication is entitled "Reports to the Nation" It includes text and graphics. The set of Climate and El Niño publications is available from NOAA's Office of Global Programs. There are always a few folks who do not have Internet access. We have some brochures available at the NOAA Correspondence Office at (301) 713-1208.
Fema Brochure	During the show, James Lee Witt, director of FEMA, also referenced a brochure and 800 number for information on FEMA's Project Impact. If callers are interested in Project Impact, they should contact FEMA's Publications Office at (800) 480-2520, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST and ask for the Project Impact literature.
