National Nutrition and Dietetics Training Program

FISCAL YEAR 2008 WORKSHOPS
  • Travel to Santa Fe
     

    Professional Workshops:   These workshops are designed for, but not limited to, health professionals (dietitians, nutritionists and nurses) who provide direct care to American Indian/Alaska Native clients.

    Hands-on Cooking Workshops:   These workshops are designed for Indian Health Service or Tribal employees such as hospital workers, food service providers, cooks, cook-aides, food service workers, home health care workers, teachers, school cooks, Head Start Cooks and staff, who must prepare and serve meals for patients, senior programs, school children and other meal program recipients.
