Thank you for visiting the White House Commission on Remembrance Website  -  The Commission has made some exciting progress with the Gold Medal of Remembrance program, which honors children of men and women killed in the Global War on Terror, Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day Ceremony at the US Capitol and the launch of “Old Glory’s Journey of Remembrance”-a nationwide flag raising effort that culminates on Memorial Day in observance of the National Moment of Remembrance. Over the next several weeks, the Commission will be updating our website with new and important materials.  During this period of transition, we ask for your patience and understanding. We welcome you to frequently visit the site as we add materials.
