PERCENTAGE SUPPLEMENTS APPLIED TO THE GS BASIC RATES:
- 43% at GS-5;
- 38% at GS-7;
- 33% at GS-9;
- 23% at GS-11;
- 18% at GS-12; and
- 8% at GS-13.
