Full Operating Capability (FOC) Reached: On October 7, 2002, the new web-based EHRP system was fully deployed to all agencies of the Department of Health and Human Services. The EHRP system, which uses PeopleSoft Commercial-off-the-shelf software, replaces the legacy IMPACT and Central Personnel systems. The Department of Health and Human Services is the first Government agency to be fully deployed under the HR web-based version of PeopleSoft. The full deployment of the EHRP system culminates Phase l of the project. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Individual agency users must contact their agency liaison, also known as Agency HR Liaisons. The agency liaison is responsible for the initial review of issues before a help ticket is logged. An online tool was purchased, Peregrine, to provide a mechanism for the PSC Help Team, Agency Liaisons, and Payroll Legacy Team to track, maintain, and report all EHRP issues related to development, test, and production as well as any new requirements. The tool and its reports are the drivers for the biweekly EHRP Agency Liaison Status Meetings and the biweekly EHRP/Payroll Status Meetings. For payroll issues, agencies will continue to contact the HRS Help Desk. The HRS Help Desk Team and the EHRP Help Team will work together to resolve issues related to the EHRP system. As part of this process, Training tools are available. Standard Queries: A series of standard queries have been developed and distributed to agency personnel. These queries respond to the types of information most often requested by agency managers and HR staffs. This list is dynamic.
