Imposes criminal penalties for violation of the telemarketing fraud prevention law.

Persons wishing to testify should submit 40 copies of their testimony to the committee clerk, Room 220, State Capitol, by noon of the day preceding the hearing. Testimony arriving after that time will be considered late testimony. All persons giving oral testimony will be required to submit written testimony. Testimony may also be faxed if less than 5 pages in length, to the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms Office at 586-6659 or 1-800-586-6659 (toll free for neighbor islands), prior to noon deadline. When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
