Annual evaluation reports are compiled for each state/tribe program as part of the Office of Surface Mining oversight responsibility. The reports contain text, tables, and figures. For 2005 they are available for viewing or downloading in  Adobe Acrobat .pdf file format or  Microsoft Excel spread sheet format by clicking on the specific document listed below. Additional state reports will be added as they are completed. 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001. 2000. 1999, 1998, 1997, and 1996 reports (designated as archive pages) are also available. Note: Unlike previous year oversight reports, the 2004 and 2005 reports are for the 12-month period of 7/1 - 6/30, not the federal fiscal year 10/1 - 9/30. |
