The following form types can be e-filed through the MeF platform:

• Corporations - Forms 1120, 1120-F, 1120S and 7004
• Exempt Organizations - Forms 1120-POL, 990, 990-EZ, 990-N (e-Postcard), 990-PF, 7004 and 8868
• Partnerships - Forms 1065, 1065-B and 7004
• Excise Tax - Forms 2290 and 720 (Form 8849 is currently under development with anticipated availability later this year)

MeF also supports a Fed/State program that consists of a single point of submission and retrieval for all registed transmitters and State agencies. This Fed/State initiative includes Corporations, Partnerships and Exempt Organizations. Additional information can be found in Publications 4163 and Publication 4164 linked below.
