Family Planning Program
Community Service Office (CSO) Program

The Community Service Office (CSO) Program is staffed by PHNs (Public Health Nurses) located in 10 CSOs across the county.

Client services include:

  • Pregnancy testing
  • Emergency contraception
  • Female condoms
  • Male condoms
  • Help making appointments
  • Linkage and referral to family planning services
  • Linkage and referral to other services such as maternity support Services, abortion services, adoption services
  • Reproductive and sexuality health education

Community outreach:

  • Outreach to men and women receiving Medicaid
  • Outreach to men and women eligible for Medicaid
