if a particular database is running slowly, you may not get
all the results from that database during that search session. |

Search Tips
While the target databases may employ different search options,
the following search tips are generally true:
|
The search engine is not case sensitive (for
example, RAIN, Rain,
and rain will produce the same results). |
|
Single word or word phrases may be submitted
in the query box. |
|
If a phrase is entered, the “And” operator
is assumed. |
|
The “Or” operator is recognized and will work
regardless of "case". |
|
The wildcard character * (asterisk) may be
used to match the word stem. Full-text searching is available
when supported by the agency's database. |
Search Examples

You may specify how many items you wish to have displayed from each database, up to 250.
QuickRank features
|
Our special QuickRank formula filters results, sending you the most relevant returns. |
|
This means that the number of QuickRank returns may differ from the number of raw returns from the individual agencies, which aren't filtered by QuickRank. |
|
Our filter is based on placement of key words: If your key word is not in a prime location in the document, likely the result won't be returned. |
|
Your results will contain top tier databases in terms of relevancy. But you can visit the agency for further investigation. |
|
If your search only returns three (3) or fewer results, we'll send you directly to our display by agency. |
