The heart of the Emergency Plan is to work shoulder to shoulder with host nations in support of the national strategies of each country. Courageous people in nations devastated by HIV/AIDS are saving the lives of their countrymen and women. The American people, through the Emergency Plan, have provided resources and support for communities around the world to meet the challenge of this pandemic. These partnerships are having a global impact and transforming the face of our world today.
