Treasury Report on Receivables (TROR)

Monthly Update - September 2008

DMS Debt Collection Training sessions will be held in Washington, DC on October 7 and 8, 2008.  These training sessions will cover the Treasury Report on Receivables and Debt Collection 101.  To sign up for these classes, please click on this link. The DMIS/TROR System Administrator function is being transferred from Steve Jacobs to Tom Kobielus starting with the 4th quarter-FY 2008 reporting period.  Please contact Mr. Kobielus on 202-874-7359 if you need any assistance with the DMIS/TROR system for reporting the Treasury Report on Receivables and Debt Collection Activities.  The reporting requirements for the Treasury Report on Receivables are available on the DMS Web Site at http://fms.treas.gov/debt/TROR_instructions_yr2007.doc.  In addition, a TROR report template with formulas is also available in Excel format with formulas.  Please contact your agency liaison if you need any additional training or guidance on the TROR.  The TROR data for the 3rd quarter-FY 2008 is now available in DMIS.
