Audio Visual Services

Audio and visual technology professionals provide a wide range of services including equipment rentals; technical and project planning assistance; live video coverage, audio recording, guidance in choice and use of A/V equipment, video editing services, tape duplication and technical assistance for teleconferencing.

Teleconferencing via satellite down link, Integrated Services Data Network Lines and ENVISION are available at selected sites in the Conference Center in the Parklawn Building.

The Audio/Visual section uses state of the art equipment and maintains equipment on a loan basis for federal agencies.

Procedures

Teleconference, Video conference and audio visual services should be requested by submitting a completed form PSC 5.
