Description
It is possible to prevent or cure cervical cancer by removing the abnormal cells before they become cancerous. This publication provides information about the pap test, a very effective screening method used in the prevention of cervical cancer in women. The pap test is a simple test which can detect abnormal cells in the cervix that precede cervical cancer.
