Measure Title: RELATING TO NON-GENERAL FUNDS.
Report Title: Special Funds; Revolving Funds; Transfer of Funds
Description: Authorizes the transfer of excess revenues in special funds, revolving funds, and special accounts to the credit of the general fund. Reduces the balance ceiling for the Tobacco Enforcement Special Fund. Requires that all excess moneys in the State Parking Revolving Fund lapse to the credit of the state general fund. (HB2743 CD1)
