What is Streaming Video/Audio?

A technology which brings live or recorded videos right to your PC or MAC desktop. Depending on your PC/MAC hardware and Internet connectivity, the quality can be pretty decent. In a nutshell it's like watching a little TV set.

What Do You Need?

To receive streaming video/audio you need:

The current FREE version of the video/audio software is RealPlayer* Basic. To obtain this software you will need to:

  • Visit the Real.com website at http://www.real.com.

  • After filling out the form you will then press the download button. But you're not done yet! You will need to visit 2 more screens before you actually download the software.

  • The first screen has you select either the mininum, standard or complete version of the software. The second asks you to select the download location that is nearest to you. This screen also has the download and installation instructions listed.
