Acting Chief Counsel Addresses

Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

 

MIAMI – Acting Chief Counsel Daniel P. Stipano addressed the Florida International Bankers Association’s “Anti-Money Laundering & USA Patriot Act Compliance Conference” today.  His remarks addressed Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering compliance issues.  His speech is available on the OCC’s web site at: www.occ.treas.gov.
