OCC First Senior Deputy Comptroller and Chief Counsel Testifies Before
Senate Committee About the Hardships Created By Garnishment of Federal Benefits
WASHINGTON — First Senior Deputy Comptroller and Chief Counsel Julie L. Williams discussed hardships faced by recipients of federal benefits due to garnishment orders in testimony today before the Senate Committee on Finance.
