The application filed by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 26, AFL-CIO (AFSCME) sought review of the Regional Director's (RD) Decision and Order granting in part and denying in part a petition filed by the Federal Aviation Administration seeking the consolidation of two AFSCME bargaining units and accretion into the consolidated unit of certain employees in bargaining units.
The Authority granted the Union's application for review finding that the RD committed a clear and prejudicial error concerning a substantial factual matter. The Authority remanded the case to the RD for further action.
