Multistate Tax Commission Bylaws

Bylaw 11: Parliamentary Authority

Except where inconsistent with the provisions of the Compact or these Bylaws, Mason’s Manual of Legislative Procedure shall be the parliamentary authority at all meetings of the Commission.
