Air Show Participation

Langley attends several air shows throughout the year. The EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is the largest. NASA features varying exhibits that reflect the growth of the Agency's general aviation and aeronautics contributions.

Typically about 2,800 show aircraft participate at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, including homebuilts, antiques, classics, warbirds, ultralights and rotorcraft. The main display ramp offers various aircrafts - anything from the Spirit of St. Louis to a Stealth fighter to the Concorde as well as state-of-the-art examples of today’s top military hardware.
