	Child Health Clinic Physical examinations, immunizations, illness care. Medical and dental care (available at limited sites only) for children from birth to 20 years, including immunizations.
	Childbirth Education Classes
	Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Provides linkage and coordination of services to all children with special needs and provides limited direct medical services, equipment and supplies to those families that meet financial and other program eligibility requirements.

	Family Health Clinic Maternity services, and primary care for pediatric and adult clients.
	Family Planning and STD Services Family planning services and education and reproductive health care includes HIV and STD screening, pregnancy tests, birth control and referrals. Call the Eastgate Family Planning Clinic at 206-296-9770 for questions.

	Home Visits Public Health Nurse visits are available to pregnant women, mothers with new babies and young children and families with health or parenting concerns. Services include health assessment, education and counseling and referral.

	Infant Case Management/Maternity Support Services Provides initial maternity screening and referral with medical care, education, counseling, nutrition, transportation, assistance with medical coupons and child care vouchers.
