	Adult and child Immunizations
	Application workers Public Health Application Workers can assist you over the phone or in person with filling out a medical application or a form.
	Family Planning and STD Clinic Family planning services and education and reproductive health care includes HIV and STD screening, pregnancy tests, birth control and referrals.
	Group Education (Pre-Natal, Mother/Baby, Toddler) Group education sessions offered include prenatal classes and childbirth preparation, parenting groups, and health classes to pregnant and parenting adolescents in several school district's teen age parent programs.
	HIV screening Basic evaluation of risk factors, client education on risk reduction and blood testing to check for HIV (virus that causes AIDS).
	Home visits Public Health Nurse visits are available to pregnant women, mothers with new babies and young children and families with health or parenting concerns. Services include health assessment, education and counseling and referral.

	Maternity Case Management / Maternity Support Services A Maternity Support Services, or "MSS" visit is an appointment with a Public Health Nurse, Nutritionist or Social worker who are trained to work with women during their pregnancy.
