Mr. Zaffos has supported the JWOD Program for a number of years, bringing both expertise and a willingness to help the JWOD community improve its processes. As a result of Mr. Zaffos' continual assistance, the JWOD Program and GSA's Public Buildings Service (PBS) have been able to resolve many contracting impasses in locations across the country.

Mr. Zaffos has made great efforts to achieve contract pricing that is fair to both JWOD-participating nonprofit agencies and PBS regions and has helped provide hundreds of jobs for people who are blind or have other severe disabilities.
