Anyone seeking access to NLRB records that are not available on this web site may file a Freedom of Information Act request, either through an electronic form, by fax machine or by mail. This section includes information on where to file a request, what information is needed when filing a request and how to make a FOIA request through this web site There is a sample letter available here, which users can use to file a FOIA request with the NLRB by fax or by postal mail.
