Ticket Problems
You should first contact the organization that sold you the tickets.
Because of the several different ways in which tickets can be purchased it is only possible to begin resolving a problem by first going back to the original source of the ticket sale.
The KiMo Theatre staff can provide you with contact information for the Presenter and/or Ticketmaster.
All Sales Are Final
In nearly all circumstances, ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are available, and your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Tickets for events at the KiMo Theatre are the property of that event's Presenter. The Presenter usually contracts with the KiMo Theatre and Ticketmaster to sell tickets for of the Presenter, through their outlets.
Due to specific language in the sales contract, the KiMo Theatre and Ticketmaster cannot make exceptions.
Because tickets to an event are the property of that event's Presenter, only they are able to make any adjustments.
