Subject: Prompt Payment Act - Revised Interest Rate
Attached is a copy of the Federal Register, Volume 72, No. 125, pages 35742 through 35743,
dated June 29, 2007, which contains the revised Prompt Payment Act interest rate. For the
period beginning July 1, 2007, and ending on December 31, 2007, the prompt payment interest
rate is 5 3/4 (5.75) per centum per annum.
