Subject: Contract for Unemployment Compensation Services
The purpose of this Financial Administration Memorandum (FAM) is to transmit the
attached “Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract” for unemployment
compensation services. The United States Department of Agriculture has exercised
the option to extend the period of performance for unemployment compensation
services to the TALX Corporation. Exercising this option has extended the period
of performance from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005.
The new prices for the services provided by the TALX Corporation are disclosed
in the attachment. If you have any questions regarding this subject, please
