This Financial Administration Memorandum (FAM) provides instructions for
completing the Report on Federal Aid to State and Local Governments for
fiscal year 2000. Authority for this report can be found in Title 13
U.S.C. Section 182.
Your report should conform to the tabulations provided in prior years and
be completed in accordance with the guidelines attached in Word format available
from PFM's web site. Excel report formats are available for your use in preparing
the report and can also be accessed from the electronic version of this FAM.
The instructions and spreadsheets are available on PFM's web site

January 5, 2001, directly to the US Department of Commerce, Economics and
