ePermits Support: Purpose of the ePermits help desk: A technical support help desk for the ePermits system is provided to our users by telephone and email support. This help desk is available to any user of the ePermits system. Please note that the purpose of the ePermits help desk is to address technical problems with the ePermits system rather than to answer questions regarding policy or procedure. Any questions regarding policy and procedure should be directed to 877-770-5990. If you should experience technical problems while using the software such as error pages displaying, receiving unexpected results, assistance in completing your on-line application or assistance in using the software in general, please contact us immediately by selecting the appropriate phone number or email listed below.
