Contracting Opportunities

The NRC awards approximately $80,000,000 in contracts with commercial firms, non-profit organizations and universities each year. The NRC buys a broad range of products and services, including technical assistance and research in nuclear fields, information technology, facility management and administrative support. NRC also performs a review of commercial activities performed in-house and identifies staffing resources, identified as time equivalents (FTEs), associated with those activities in a Commercial Activities and Inherently Governmental Activities Inventory PDF Icon report and an Inventory Summary Report PDF Icon which are prepared annually.

See our Corporate Capabilities for NRC Sources Sought Notice for New Reactor Licensing PDF Icon for a listing of the skills sets.
